Instant Cake Emulsifier (also called Cake oil or Cake Gel) can greatly shorten the time for making sponge cakes, which increases the efficiency of cake production, and reduces the cost of making cakes. The baked cakes are even and delicate in texture, soft and smooth in taste.
INGREDIENTS: sorbitol liquid, GMS,DMG, sorbitan monostearate, propylene glycol, propylene glycol fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester,water.
DOSAGE: The recommended dosage is 3%-5% of the flour, but it should not exceed 3% of the total cake weight.
HOW TO USE IT: Add eggs, sugar and water to the blender according to the cake recipe, mix at low speed for about 5 minutes, add this product and mix at high speed for 5 minutes, then add flour and mix evenly, then it's ready for baking.
