Application: 

TBHQ has many functions like as stay oil oxidation, enhance food stability. It have a good effect of antioxidant ability (5~7 times than BHA, BHT, PG). It has antimicrobial function which can restrain all microbes in applied concentration.
It is mainly used as inhibiter for polyvinyl chloride. In food industry it is used as antioxidation for vegetable oil and fat, roasted food, fried food and meat products. It also used as stabilizer for insecticide, as well as intermediate for dye and pharmaceutical. 
 

How to use TBHQ? 

Direct method:heat the oil to above 60 °, add into the needed portion of TBHQ,stir the mixture until THHQ fully dissolved.

Seeding method:dissolve TBHQ in a small portion of oil(90 °C-120 °C)to get oil mixture with 5%-10% TBHQ,then add the mixture into oil directly or with portioning device,stir the final mixtyre until TBHQ is evenly distributed.

Dipping &spraing method:for salted meat,dried fish products,nuts,can directly spray TBHQ solution onto the surface,make flexible use of diluted TBHQ solution for dipping.
